Former Aston Villa assistant coach can be the next coach for Wolverhampton Wanderers

Michael Beale

Wolves are in talks with former Aston Villa assistant head coach Michael Beale. Beale left Aston Villa last year to be the head coach of Queens Park Rangers.

Will Wolves have a new manager?

The QPR boss has helped the side to be on top of the table with a game in hand above Blackburn Rovers in the championship. Wolves sacked Bruno Lage after their loss against West Ham which put them in the relegation zone.

The club have identified Michael Beale as their next manager. Wolves are 18th in the Premier League and can be relegated if things don’t change at the club.

Aston Villa legend Gabby Agbonlahor on Twitter reacted to Michael Beale’s links with Wolves.

He said,

“I’m not comfortable with Michael Beale going to Wolves,”

Agbonlahor wrote on his personal Twitter account.

“I don’t like it one bit.”

In addition, Michael Beale does not have a lot of experience in the Premier League. Wolves will look to sign a manager who can turn their situation by avoiding relegation.
