Chelsea close to offloading two players in the transfer window

Chelsea

Chelsea are close to offloading two players in the transfer window with names of Malang Sarr and Kepa Arrizabalaga on the list.

The Blues may not have had their ideal transfer window as they would have expected it prior to the opening. However, the club is still making changes under the new management and the company of manager Thomas Tuchel this summer.

Kepa and Sarr are two names on the list of players who could be on their way out of Chelsea. Tuchel is open to the idea of facilitating the exit of the players from the Bridge in the transfer window.

Kepa and Sarr to leave Chelsea

Chelsea are currently engineering exits of multiple players that started with Romelu Lukaku leaving for Inter Milan.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano took to Twitter and dropped the information regarding the possible exits of the two players. He said-

“Not only Timo Werner, in talks with Leipzig and other clubs. Kepa could be the next player to leave Chelsea on loan this summer.

Talks are progressing well between Napoli and Chelsea for Kepa, he’s the main target to replace Ospina. Work in progress.”

Kepa is currently closing in on a switch to Serie A side Napoli and the transfer may not be too complicated. While the two players seem to have lost their value at Chelsea, a move away from the club seems wise.

Moreover, the Blues could confirm the loan exits of the players as Tuchel does not count on them this season. Fulham are also interested to sign Sarr this summer but so are a number of Ligue 1 clubs.

The final decision of the player and the clubs will be made in a few days and will be official.
