Arsenal winger Reiss Nelson could reportedly leave the club on a free transfer in the next summer transfer window. He is also open to sign a contract extension with the Gunners.

ARSENAL WINGER’S FUTURE IS IN MAJOR DOUBT
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Arsenal winger Reiss Nelson could leave the club in the next summer transfer window. The winger’s contract is also expiring in the next summer transfer window. Hence, he could leave his boyhood club on a free transfer window. The report also claims that his first priority is to extend the contract with the Premier League giants. However, the Gunners have not yet opened talks with Reiss Nelson to extend his contract.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano speaking on the future of the Arsenal winger further said, “Reiss Nelson future, still not decided as talks over new deal with Arsenal are not advanced at this stage – his contract expires in June with many clubs interested. Understand Nelson would be happy to stay but there are no concrete negotiations yet. Hence, it is looking like Reiss Nelson will have to put brilliant performances in the second half of the season to get a new contract.
REISS NELSON SHOULD CONSIDER HIS OPTIONS AWAY FROM THE GUNNERS
The Arsenal winger has had a season with lots of injuries. Reiss Nelson also did not play against Everton due to knock. Hence, it is looking nothing is working out for him. He also missed the most of the first half of the season due to a surgery for his injury. Hence, the winger must evaluate other clubs in the next summer transfer window. It is because he is going to be on the bench for most of matches even if he is fit. This is because of the intense competition within the team.
At the moment, both the wingers Gabriel Martinelli and Bukayo Saka are too good. Leandro Trossard also scored a goal against Brentford in their 1-1 draw. Emile Smith Rowe will also be available fully fit in the next season. Hence, Reiss Nelson should consider his future away from Arsenal. It is because game time can only benefit his career at the moment. Hence, he needs to go to a club that appreciates his value. Therefore, a number of mid table Premier League clubs and Championship clubs will surely look to sign a player like Reiss Nelson.
