Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is feeling concerned with the injury of Takheiro Tomiyasu. He has also gave updates on the injury of William Saliba.

However, the Saliba injury is not yet clear for the Gunners. Hence, there is a chance Jakub Kiwior or Rob Holding will play instead of Saliba.

ARSENAL MANAGER CONCERNED WITH THE TIMINGS OF INJURIES

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has said that he is feeling concerned with the injury of Takheiro Tomiyasu. Whereas, he is also concerned with the timing of the injury. They have 11 games left. Hence, they would like all the players available for the rest of the season. However, it looks Takheiro Tomiyasu is suffering a major injury.

The Arsenal defender left the game on crutches. Mikel Arteta is also concerned with the injury of Tomiyasu. He further said, “I don’t know. Tomiyasu looks pretty serious from his reaction straight away and what he said to me, but obviously it’s very early. ‘Willy [Saliba], I don’t know, he had some discomfort and could not continue so we had to take him out.’ Hence, it looks like the season is over for the Japanese right-back.

MIKEL ARTETA HAS SAID THAT THEY HAVE HANDLED THE INJURIES WELL

Manchester United manager Erik Ten Hag said in a conference that Arsenal had less injuries compared to them. However, Mikel Arteta has said that they have handled the injuries well. Although, the injury of Tomiyasu and Saliba brings them back to square one. It looks like Jakub Kiwior or Rob Holding will get the start against Crystal Palace.

The Arsenal manager further said, “We’ve been carrying injuries throughout the season,’ . ‘We had Emile out for four months, Jesus for four months, Thomas for a month and a half, Alex for two and half months, Eddie for a month and a half. ‘We had quite a lot of injuries already, but we dealt with it. The disappointment is not going to go away it’s there now.

Hence, it is clear that all the managers of top clubs have started playing mind games with Arsenal. However, the Gunners fans will not care about their comments. They want their team to win the Premier League this season under Mikel Arteta.
