ARSENAL AND DECLAN RICE TRANSFER LINKS FULL STORY

According to reports, Arsenal have made Declan Rice the priority signing in the next summer transfer window. West Ham are also open to sell the England midfielder for the right price. A report also claims that the Gunners have already agreed personal terms with the midfielder. However, journalist Kaya Kaynak has said the signing of Declan Rice is not easy as it looks.

Kaya Kaynak on the Arsenal interest in Rice has further said, “The interest in Declan Rice is very serious. Arsenal want to go out and sign him. He is their top target for the summer in midfield. “Obviously, he will have one year left on his deal, which would hypothetically make him cheaper, but West Ham have already come out and said via David Moyes that they’re expecting him to be a British record transfer fee. So we’ll have to see what happens there in terms of the negotiation of the fee.”

THE ENGLAND MIDFIELDER ALSO PREFERS A MOVE TO THE GUNNERS

According to reports, Declan Rice prefers a move to a Premier League side in London. Hence, at the moment, Chelsea and Arsenal lead the race for his signature. Manchester United are also trying their best to convince him. However, at the moment, the Gunners are slightly ahead. This is because of the progressing of the team under the management of Mikel Arteta.

A report also claims that Declan Rice is already in contact with a number of Arsenal team players. However, the Gunners still have a lot of work to do for the transfer to happen. This is because West Ham are demanding a fee of 120 million for their club captain. It is also despite that his contract is going to expire in the 2024 summer transfer window.

Hence, it looks like Arsenal will have to pay over the odds for the signature of Declan Rice. This is because the likes of Chelsea and Manchester United are also ready to pounce on any possible opportunity. Hence, Rice will now hope to help West Ham United avoid relegation and leave on good terms in next season.
