ARSENAL AND ANSU FATI TRANSFER LINKS FULL STORY
According to transfer expert Ben Jacobs, Arsenal are monitoring the situation of Barcelona forward Ansu Fati. The report also claims that the Gunners are in contact with his agent over a potential summer move to the Premier League. However, Ansu Fati has not yet made a decision on his future. Although, Ben Jacobs also said that the La Liga giants will demand a huge fee for Fati.
Ben Jacobs speaking on Arsenal interest further said, “At the moment, Barcelona think that his development is with them. He’s down the list in terms of the order of players that Barcelona would like to sell to bring in income and ultimately to reduce their wage bill, so it’s going to take quite a large number from a Premier League club. “Arsenal have made a little bit of contact on the player’s side to try and see what his desire is and if he’s open to the Premier League.”
BARCELONA ARE OPEN TO SELLING HIM FOR THE RIGHT PRICE
Barcelona’s head coach Xavi has also said that they would like to keep Ansu Fati at the club for long time. He is also ready to give him more important role. However, reports in Spain also claim that they are open to sell him for the right price. Hence, the interest of Arsenal crops up from there. A report also claims that the player is confused about his future.
At the moment, the player would love to continue with FC Barcelona. However, he is not getting regular game time. Hence, Arsenal do have outside chance to sign Ansu Fati. The report also claims that the Gunners will not overpay for him. They are ready to play the long-waiting game. Barcelona are also not in a hurry to sell their one of the player from the academy for below the valuation.
Hence, Arsenal will hope that Ansu Fati asks to leave Barcelona in the next summer transfer window. This will force the La Liga giants to sell for a little lower transfer fee. Hence, the amount of game time at Barcelona for the rest of the season will determine Fati’s future next season.
