Liverpool have reportedly alerted Manuel Ugarte that they will soon make an offer to sign the Sporting Lisbon midfielder, heavily linked with a move to Anfield.
He is in talk with Liverpool since winter transfer window.
The Reds have now told the Uruguay international that they will propose a bid to the 22-year-old in the coming weeks, with Ugarte a midfielder who Liverpool are keen to add to their ranks in the summer transfer window.
