The Astonishing Norwegian midfielder is ruled out of Arsenal clash vs Sevilla

Arsenal

So far the next Champions League matchup between Arsenal and Sevilla Martin Odegaard will not take the part of it. That will will occur at the  Emirates Field on Wednesday, November 8.

In October, the Gunners defeated Sevilla 2-1 in Spain, and Mikel Arteta will be hoping for a repeat performance in their home soil.

But from a long time, Arsenal are dealing with injury issues. As before the match Mikel Arteta came to press with some big updates.

Gabriel Jesus will missed

Prior to the match, Arteta has stated that Gabriel Jesus is not healthy enough to play. The 26-year-old striker has sustained a thigh injury, and Arteta has previously stated that he will not specify when he will make a comeback.

That means again Eddie Nketiah will lead the forward line at Emirates.

Update of Martin Odegaard

The manager of the Gunners is also unsure about Martin Odegaard’s availability for this match.

Due to a groyne injury, he was unable to play in the most recent Premier League match against The Magpies. It looks like he will be absent from the Champions League match for once more.

Mikel Arteta’s Goal

Arteta’s first goal will be to keep the Arsenal from losing as they enter this game after two straight losses.

After losing at last weekend, Arteta lost his temper. Ad he also criticised VAR and the referees harshly, calling it a “complete disgrace.”

Yet Gunners are the toppers of the Uefa Champions League table. Thus far they will make some positive move in the match.
