Loftus Cheek enjoying new life in Milan after Stamford Bridge exit.

Ex-Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus Cheek appears to be loving life after his exit from Stamford Bridge. Loftus Cheek enjoying Milan life, which appears to be his new home. He made San Siro his new home after joining AC Milan leaving Chelsea in a 16m euros deal.

Loftus Cheek in Chelsea:

The midfielder ended his more than a decade relation with Chelsea this year. He joined there as a youngster in 2012 and made debut in senior team in 2015. He had also completed loan spells in Crystal Palace and Fulham.

James had a quite good record of 155 appearances for the first team over the years but had often endured frustration as a series of niggling injuries that limited his impact on the field as well as his playtime.

Loftus Cheek enjoying Milan:

He left Chelsea in summer transfer window as Todd Boehly and co. had no new plans with him in the future. However, after signing Moises Caicedo, Roma Lavia with Enzo and Gallagher already being there, they were keen to sell him to maintain the balances.

He joined AC Milan in a 16m euros deal. And his comments say that he is already loving life in Milan.

“It’s incredible, I look around and I’m still amazed by the size of the stadium, by its history,” he said.

“I look at all this, I think I can play here every week and God knows for how long, so I’m really happy about it all, he further added to it.

He had a ‘very positive’ start to life in Milan, where he has played all but one match and established himself as a key player early on, much to the satisfaction of his own as well as the club and its management.
