However, Liverpool fans are upset recently. Reason? Former Manchester United man Owen Hargreaves has compared Ryan Gravenberch to Paul Pogba. Furthermore, he says that he hopes that Gravenberch doesn’t goes the same way as Pogba did with United.
” I like him. He’s an amazing player. Liverpool fans won’t like this, but he reminds me of Paul Pogba. He has an athletic body and can play in various positions. However, players like him should be taken care of about specialising in a particular position.” – Owen Hargreaves said.

In reality, the fans should not be upset about this comparison. We agree that Pogba had a tough time at United. And he has been not having the best of his times at Juventus too, from where he came to United. But Pogba was something of a deadly midfielder. He was strong, he had shooting, was goalscoring and what not. That is the reason why United paid a world record fees for him at that time. The Frenchman was everything that you need in a midfielder. He was amongst the best players in the world at that time.
