Gabby Agbonlahor believes that Tottenham Hotspurs should sign Ivan Toney in the January transfer window. Moreover, he thinks that Toney is the only missing piece in Angy Postecoglou’s attack. Tottenham have really bounced back stronger. After going 5 games without a win, the Spurs are not at the 4th position after getting 3 consecutive wins. Furthermore, they’re playing incredibly well at the moment. It wouldn’t come as a surprise if they are in the top 2 by the end of the season. However, for that they need to sign a perfect striker and Ivan Toney looks like a perfect fit for them. Spurs should definitely get him from Brentford in order to bolster their already world class attack.

According to tbrfootball, Gabby Agbonlahor believes that Tottenham Hotspurs have on of the best attacking units in the premier league. On the left wing they have Heung Min Son who’s the best in his position in the league right now. On the right side they’ve got Dejan Kukusevski who’s also contributing to the team’s attack in the best way possible. Behind these 2 players, they’ve got James Madison as an attacking midfielder. Not to mention, Madison was the best player in the league in his position before he suffered an injury. The only remaining piece in their attack is a striker’s place which was left open by their legend Harry Kane. The England captain moved to Fc Bayern before the start of the season and has been exceptional there.

Gabby Agbonlahor believes that Ivan Toney can assist Tottenham in their attack.

Before serving an 8 month ban for betting charges, Ivan Toney was running riots in Brentford’s opponent’s defence. The 27 year old Engishman had scored 20 goals for the Bees before he was banned. Because of this reason, he’s also the prime target of clubs like Arsenal and Chelsea in the January transfer window. Tottenham should get him at all costs if they want a headstart to the second half of the season. In addition to that, they should keep looking for other alternatives as well.
