However, the Gunners are going to make a second bid that will go near their valuation. Manchester City and another unnamed Premier League club is also keeping a close eye.

According to multiple reports, West Ham have rejected the offer of Arsenal for Declan Rice. The report also claims that the Gunners made a 80 million bid with 10 million add-ons. However, the Hammers immediately rejected the bid. They also described the bid as embarrassing. The Gunners are aware of the Hammers demands.

However, Arsenal are not going to lose hope. They will make a second bid in the upcoming days. Both the Gunners and West Ham want the deal done. West Ham want to reinvest the money on their new signings. Whereas, the Gunners are also negotiating a deal for Chelsea’s Kai Havertz. However, it looks like West Ham are also inviting Manchester City in the race.

According to reports, West Ham have full intention of starting a bidding war for the sale of Manchester City. They have also offered Declan Rice to Manchester City. Whereas, an unnamed Premier League club is also in the race for his signature. Hence, Arsenal will have to move fast to agree a deal for the England midfielder and West Ham captain.

Arsenal are aware that agreeing personal terms should not be a problem with Declan Rice. Declan Rice also prefers to stay in London. This keeps the Gunners and Chelsea in the race. However, Chelsea cannot even offer UEFA Conference League football this season. Whereas, the Gunners can offer Declan Rice Champions League football.

Bayern Munich were also in the race for his signature. However, the agent of Declan Rice informed that the player would like to make a move to Arsenal in the upcoming summer. Therefore, at the moment, the Gunners have a healthy lead in the race for the signature of Declan Rice.
