Bukayo Saka has turned out to be one of the best players for Arsenal. The Arsenal youth graduate has been phenomenal for Arsenal ever since he joined the first team. With 7 goals and 11 assists in 19 appearances this season, the 22 year old has been on fire yet another season. Investing in youth talents has proven beneficial for the London club with Saka, Martinelli, Emile Smith-Rowe and others. Arsenal is looking again to reinforce their squad with a young talent with bright future. Reports suggest that Wolves right winger Pedro Neto is Arsenal’s next transfer target.

Pedro Neto could be the next Bukayo Saka for Arsenal

The 23 year old has already become one of the best wingers in the Premier League. The player has one goal and eight assists this season in 10 appearances for Wolverhampton. The Portuguese has been applauded by the fans for his dribbling with the ball, with some comparing his play style to Eden Hazard. But the winger might come expensive than the other talents Arsenal have poached in the past years. Wolves reportedly want £60 million or higher for the player. Pedro possesses an impressive quality of creativity for any player his age, having 4.37 shot-creating actions per 90 minutes, 2.54 key passes, and 0.71 assists. As Wolves manager Garry O’Neil said about the player,

“His work rate, the way he trains, playing within the shape and structure and taking information on board. He is incredibly talented and physically very gifted as well.”

However, Arsenal are looking to bring him as a backup for Saka. The Gunners need more depth in the right wing position, and they have identified the Portuguese as the best option. But given proper opportunities, the player can not only compete with Saka in Arsenal, but become of the best wingers in world football.
