Arsenal are securing their youth academy talent, Chido Obi-Martin for the senior team. The 15 year old Danish forward is making his way to the higher levels. Moreover, he became an Internet sensation after scoring 10 goals for Arsenal U16s in thier 14-3 win against Liverpool U16s. The 2007 born forward is on fire and is set to rise up the ladder of his career in the coming times. Furthermore, as per the reports, Arsenal have provided him a scholarship for 2 years. That means when he turns 17, he can sign a professional contract with the gunners. Furthermore, he can utilise this time in developing himself.
As per caughtoffside, Chido Obi-Martin has already played for Arsenal U21s and U18s. Moreover, he has scored 3 goals in his 4 appearances there. If that’s not enough, he has even scored 7 goals in 9 games for the Denmark U17s which also includes their 6-2 win over Norway.

As we’ve already witnessed, Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta doesn’t hesitates giving the young talents a chance. He gave the 16 years old(then 15 years old) English midfielder, Ethan Nwaneri his senior team debut last year. Therefore, it’s not going to be a big deal for him to give Chido Obi-Martin his premier league debut in the near future. The 6 ft. tall forward has pace and that’s probably his biggest strength. Chido Obi-Martin even scored a hat-trick against Southampton U18s while playing for Arsenal U18s. The youngster only needs right guidance and he’ll be on his way to become one of the most feared forwards in the league. However, there’s still time for that to happen. Obi-Martin can utilise this time by playing as much games as possible so that he gets used to the playing environment on a constant basis.
