According to reports, Arsenal are in advanced talks to sign Declan Rice from West Ham. The report also claims that the final transfer fee is a British record fee. It also claims that the final fee is 105 million for the Hammers captain. There is also full agreement over personal terms with the player. However, the Gunners still have to negotiate a payment structure with the Hammers.
West Ham are ready to accept the latest bid from Arsenal. However, they want a favourable payment structure from the Gunners. The Gunners want to pay the full fee in 4 years. However, the Hammers want the fee paid in 18 months. Hence, negotiations regarding the final payment structure will continue. However, there is optimism that Declan Rice will sign for the Gunners in this summer transfer window.
