Alan Brazil believes the 24-year-old will depart Arsenal following the match against West Ham

Arsenal

Alan Brazil believes Kai Havertz has going through a tough time. As his tenure at Arsenal would be bounded following Arsenal’s League Cup elimination last night.

Ben White’s own goal and Mohammed Kudus’ incredible goal put Arsenal behind 3-1 at West Ham. Before Jarrod Bowen’s redirected shot beat Aaron Ramsdale.

Although coming off the bench, Martin Odegaard did manage to salvage a late consolation for the Gunners. But the Arsenal players had one underwhelming games that evening.

Non other than Kai Havertz was the player who found it difficult again. Despite playing the 90 minutes of the game Silky German  was unable  to engage with the game.

Brazil predicts Kai Havertz is on ‘limited time’ at Arsenal

Alan Brazil forecast that Havertz is in North London for a limited period of time.

Brazil asserted on talkSPORT that Havertz isn’t a good enough player for Premier League football.

He explained:

“And Havertz, people say he’s a midfield player, I don’t know what he is right?”

“I don’t know if he’s a striker, if he’s a midfielder player.”

“I know he’s struggling, he might be all right internationally, but in the Premier [League] he is struggling. And I think his time’s limited.”

Then Gabriel Agbonlahor added his thoughts, saying:

“He cost £65m, Chelsea must have been thinking to themselves, you want to pay £65m, what?”

“Wow, we’ve got £65m for Havertz, Mount went for big money as well, he’s not quick, he’s weak, can’t hold the ball up, gets brushed off the ball, no creativity, no pace, not clinical, I don’t know what he offers.”

Havertz has had a challenging start to his Arsenal career, and it’s evident that Arteta is having trouble settling into his ideal role.

The midfield player was acquired by Arsenal from Chelsea for £65 million over the summer, so it would be shocking if they gave up on him so soon.
