Manchester United have set their sights on Corentin Tolisso. Tolisso becomes a free agent from Bayern Munich in the summer after spending the last 5 years at the club.
Tolisso will be leaving the club with several trophies, Some of them include – the Champions League, Bundesliga, and DFB Pokal. Moreover, Tolisso has been a core part of the team that won these trophies.
Manchester United have shown interest in Tolisso as they are in the market for a new midfielder. United has had a difficult season as they have been shaky defensively. United haven’t managed to switch from a counter-attacking style to a possession-based style entirely. This essentially put the team in no man’s land as they suffered shocking losses. United have had the worst season post Fergie ending the season with 58pts. Moreover, They have scored and conceded the same amount of goals in the season which gives them a GD of zero.
United have lacked a proper central midfielder in recent years even since Ander Herrera left the club. This has caused the club to have difficulties in transitioning from attack to defense and vice versa. Tolisso is a perfect player who can solve United’s problem.

Corentin Tolisso had confirmed his departure from Bayern Munich. Moreover, he also admitted to wanting to play in the Premier League.
“I would be interested in England, with its intensity, but I’m not ruling out any league, I am convinced that my issues are more psychological than physical. It’s more in my head than with my body. I worked with a mental coach to put words to what I was going through. Now, I’m 5,000% convinced I can get back to a very high level physically. I’m going to do a one-month training period so that I’m ready for the start of next season. o continue winning trophies. I know what I’m capable of. I know to what point a change in my life and in my surroundings will do me good.”
