Youri Tielemans is waiting for Arsenal to submit an offer to Leicester City. Tielemans has been wanting to move to the Emirates for the longest time. In fact, Arsenal had also shown interest in signing the midfielder for the last couple of years. Although the Gunners have not made much headway with the transfer.
Fabrizio Romano had confirmed Tielaman’s intention to move to Arsenal.

Tielemans has been one of the best midfielders in the Premier League out of the top six clubs. He has the quality and is very quick with his movement with the ball. Moreover, Tielemans is a very technical player and has the ability to play in different positions in the midfield. However, Tielemans is at his very best when he plays from the center of the midfield and creates chances. Arsenal have had a lack of a creative midfielder from the center for some time now. The last player who did the job efficiently was Mesut Ozil until he had the dip in form and was shipped off.
Arsenal have already made personal agreements with the player as both parties are interested. However, Arsenal wants to prolong the signing as this would create issues for Leicester. The more time the transfer takes, The lower the fee goes. Arsenal would be able to sign the midfielder at a reduced fee than the one Leicester demands now. Manchester United have shown interest in the Tielemans although he would end up rejecting them eventually.
