Bournemouth to play Nottingham Forest on Friday with the chance to move up to seven points clear in the race for automatic promotion from the Championship to back to Premier League.

The away side who are currently down in the seventh position in the standings will look for a win to climb up to the playoffs spot of their second-placed opponents with victory at the Vitality Stadium.

Both teams had scored late goals into the ending time of their respective matches last time and will come into Matchday No 33.

Bouremouth Form

The Cherries seem to have managed their third successive Championship win over Blackpool six days ago.

Things did not look great for Bournemouth but they never gave up as they managed two late goals to complete a big turnaround.

Bournemouth will be looking to make it four wins on Friday evening when promotional hopefuls Nottingham Forest come to visit Vitality Stadium.

Nottingham Forest Form

Steve Cooper’s men are in the seventh position on the table with nine points separating from the host.

The Reds had faced too many defensive holes in a 2-2 draw at home to Stoke City last weekend.

The Reds allowed as many as 19 shots towards their goal on the occasion. They are now up against the second-best attack in the league and we are not quite confident regarding their chances of a clean sheet at Vitality Stadium.

THE PREDICTION

Bournemouth appears to have got themselves back on track with three successive Championship victories ahead of Nottingham Forest’s visit to the Vitality Stadium. However, having lost just once in their last eight matches in all competitions the visitors will not prove pushovers and will fancy their chances of gaining at least a point here if not all three. Either way, clear-cut chances are expected to be had at both ends of the pitch in this encounter between two high-quality sides from an attacking perspective. With that in mind, both teams to score is well worth backing.
