Marcus Rashford injured as Manchester United face Liverpool?

Marcus Rashford has returned to action against Leicester City after facing shoulder surgery. He has scored against both Leicester City and Atalanta BC. Marcus Rashford has a dead leg after the match. According to Manchester Evening News, he could be out for the match against Liverpool.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer needs to win this match because of the mounting pressure on him. Manchester United currently are sixth in the Premier league table and will face Tottenham Hotspurs after the Liverpool game.

Jadon Sancho to replace Marcus Rashford?

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will use Jadon Sancho in place of Marcus Rashford. The youngster arrived from Bundesliga after a much-anticipated transfer to the Red Devils. The move to Manchester United came as a surprise because he grew up in the Manchester City academy.

He is a winger with effortless dribbling and creates tons of chances. In the Bundesliga Sancho and Haaland duo proved to be very effective.

Jadon Sancho can fill Rashford’s shoes but has been ineffective up till now. He is struggling and is unable to handle the physicality of the premier league.  Currently, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is relying on Jadon Sancho to create chances for striker Cristiano Ronaldo. The youngster can play a similar role to that of Rashford.

Marcus Rashford has provided consistent performances in and out for Manchester United. Jadon Sancho will have to showcase the performances which he showcased in the Bundesliga. Jadon Sancho is a key player for Manchester United because they are opting to play youth players. It is a stretch to say that he can replace Rashford but he can definitely play a similar role.

The talent which he showcased at Bundesliga was one of the best. This puts him in an elite category of youngsters who will rule the future of football.
