Manchester City to offer £100 million to Aston Villa’s captain Jack Grealish

About Football Express UK

Premier League title winners Manchester City are planning to offer the English attacking midfielder Jack Grealish £100 million in order to sign a deal with him.

Aston Villa have yet to respond to Manchester City’s offer. Neither of the clubs have said anything else on this thereafter.

Fabrizio Romano, an Italian journalist, claims that Dean Smith’s team have already offered a new and improved contract to Jack Grealish. They are hoping that he stays in Villa and should cancel Citizens’ offer.

The Villains are very passionate to keep Jack in their squad as they are planning to build an all new team around him this summer. They have already signed Emi Buendia and Ashley Young in this summer transfer window.

Everything depends on whether Manchester City are able to live upto the expectations of Aston Villa’s valuation for the England international that is £100 million. And the other case is that if Jack Grealish tells Villa that he wants to leave the club and is willing to move to the Etihad.

Will Jack Grealish be able to fit in Manchester City’s first 11?

In the past, Pep Guardiola has praised the 25-year-old and he admires him. He has also been described as an incredible player in 2019 by the City boss. Citizens are also planning to sign Tottenham Hotspurs superstar center forward Harry Kane

However, the Premier League table toppers will only  be able to sign both the Englishmen if they sell some of the players from their squad.

Jack Grealish is an attacking player.  He has some advantages and disadvantages in his game. The English player has good efficiency to control the ball. The midfielder also has good passing and dribbling skills which enhance his play. He also has an excellent pace as well which helps him scoring goals and creating chances for his teammates.

He has weaknesses too. The main weakness for him is that he is an attacking midfielder and can only play in this position
