Liverpool official reinstated soon says Fabrizio Romano

Liverpool are moving quickly to bring Michael Edwards back at the Anfield. And according to Fabrizio Romano, it is just a matter of time for the deal to finalize. FSG are trying to bring Edwards back at Liverpool, and are pushing for it before Klopp leaves. This is a good news for all the Liverpool fans, and the players as well. Edwards was part of the Liverpool management when they won the Champions League in 2019. FSG reportedly wants Edwards to look after the entire Footballing operation and bring in a new Sporting director. The preparations for a post-Klopp era at Liverpool are taking shape. And this might bring exciting changes for the club and the Liverpool fans. The Merseyside club will hope to cope with the departure of Jurgen Klopp through fresh management and officials. There have been talks of new arrivals in the dressing room as well. Liverpool are sizing up various players to bolster their squad in the transfer window as well.

Fabrizio Romano on Edward’s arrival in Liverpool

The journalist said via the Here We Go podcast,

“Now with Edwards the negotiation is progressing very well. Very good chance to make it happen, for him to return to the club and also for Richard Hughes, the man who built together with Neil Blake, Bournemouth the fantastic club in recent years.”

It rests up to FSG to secure a favourable deal and bring positive changes to the club after the departure of Jurgen Klopp. It will be a great challenge to replace a manager of the German manager’s legacy. However, the arrival of Michael Edwards could bring many positive changes at the club. Also, Richard Hughes might play a big role as the Sporting Director of the club. He will join Liverpool leaving behind an exciting project of Bournemouth.
