Liverpool get two injury boosts before European fixture

There is some good news for Jurgen Klopp and the Liverpool fans. After a term at the sidelines, they have two important players injury boost. This comes just in time for their Europa League Round of 16 action against Sparta Prague. The big news is that Mo Salah is back in the squad and travelled to Czechia for their away fixture on Thursday. Return of the Egyptian will be an important factor in their title race in the Premier League as well. Along with Mo Salah, Dominik Szoboszlai is also back with the Liverpool squad from injury. He returned in the Premier League game against Nottingham from the bench. Liverpool will start their knockout stage campaign in the Europa League. It will be crucial for them to reach the finals and win it, as the Premier League trophy is a tight contest, and is far from over yet.

Liverpool happy to have Szoboszlai from injury

Jurgen Klopp talked about the availability of Salah and Szoboszlai in pre-match conference on Wednesday. He said,

“It is good that he is back, He loves playing football. Being injured is for him tough, tough, tough.”

“It was not an injury where it was painful every day or whatever, he was just not allowed to train properly, how it is with muscle injuries.”
“So, that’s the reason why we had to be careful in his rehab, because if you would have asked Dom, he could have trained completely with the team for two or three weeks, but all the medical advice told us no, we have to wait. And that’s what we did.”

“Now he is back, played a few minutes, is in the squad. All the rest, we will see.”

Salah and Szoboszlai can help the team push through in the end part of the season in Europa League and Premier League both. However, this will require efforts from the entire team to their best.
