It’s unlikely for Man U to remain in the top 4 in the current EPL season. They are currently on 51 points from 30 games with 14 wins, 9 draws and a huge 7 losses.

Upcoming Games

It’s a total of 8 matches to go and it will be troublesome for Ralf Rangnick to face opponents like Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea in the business end of the league. Out of all those, only the Chelsea match is in the Old Trafford and the other two are away matches which seems to be a mammoth-task for this team.

Their upcoming match is against Everton. Even though Everton is not in good current form, the circumstances say it’s really hard to beat them on their soil. The main rival of Man U to remain in the top 4 is going to be Arsenal as they are already ahead of the Red Devils by 3 points but have played 2 games less.

Two consecutive wins will push up the Gunners miles ahead of Man U. Arsenal’s next match is against Crystal Palace and obviously, they will leave no stone unturned to seal the game.

Player Conditions

Above all, their two big stalwarts Ronaldo and Cavani are unavailable currently which has enforced the Man U supporters to rush more and more adrenaline. In the last match, they were just able to fetch a mere point as the match ended in a draw with Leicester City.

But it’s unknown to everyone that despite not having Ronaldo and Cavani, they didn’t include experienced Rashford in the starting 11. This season turned out to be a nightmare for Harry Maguire. Man U have currently extended Bruno Fernandes’s contact for 5 more years but he can’t clinch it for them singlehandedly. Two other stars, Pogba and Sancho looked off-coloured in the last match.

Manager Situation

Where ex-Man U footballer Rio Ferdinand has advised them to go for current Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel as the next manager, the Red Devils are very close to appointing Erick Ten Hag, the current Ajax boss, as their next permanent manager.

It’s true that Ten Hag has had a glorious imposing run with Ajax in the current days. For Man U supporters, hope for the best.
