Harry Kane has confirmed that he will be playing for Tottenham Hotspur this season. According to Fabrizio Romano, the player at the beginning of the season wanted to leave the club. Due to this transfer saga, continuing to the end of the window Harry Kane now wishes to stay with Tottenham. It must be said the only club that wished to sign the player this season was Manchester City. It has been reported that the club had offered swap deals for players. As well as agree to give an offer of over 150 million Pounds.

While one might say his value could be inflated due to his nationality. It would make quite the compelling case but it isn’t the case. Why were Manchester City so keen on signing Harry Kane this season?
