FPL 2021-22: GW 6 Aftermath

About Football Express UK

All the games of GW 6 of PL came to an end with Crystal Palace vs Brighton being the final game. There was a six-goal thriller this week the match between the newly promoted side Brentford and Liverpool. However, the game ended in a draw. It was a treat for the fans. The GW 6 was in overall was amazing.

Moreover, there were some shocks with Chelsea losing at the Bridge to Manchester City and Manchester United losing to Aston Villa.

The major lesson learnt in this GW 6 would be never doubting Mo Salah. The Egyptian King has been consistent throughout and is also on penalties and is the major goal scorer for Liverpool.

GW6 also showed us not to triple up on any team max you do is double up on a team.

Antonio in GW6 against Leeds showed why he is the best budget striker still only at the price of 8.0m is still worth having in any team.

Chelsea forward Lukaku looks amazing to have now in case you don’t have him in your team from GW7 onwards has an amazing run of fixtures.

It was below average week in theGW6 for us hope we can recover from this the major plan would be now to bring in Cancelo for the injured Reece James.

Potential Captaincy Picks for the upcoming GW 7:

Cristiano Ronaldo: The Portuguese forward had a superb start to his second return to Old Trafford. Although he wasn’t able to get a goal past Villa. He has a very good chance of providing a big return against Everton as United have good record against Everton in the past.

Romelu Lukaku: The Belgian forward went goal-less in both GW5 and GW6 against Tottenham and Manchester City. The service to him has declined since the game against Arsenal. Tuchel will be looking into this as there are some easy run of fixtures coming up for Chelsea and things hopefully will change.

Mo Salah: The Egyptian King is always in the box and has the highest no. of shots in the box making him favorable to get high attacking returns. Although the next game is against Manchester City which will be difficult but still Mo Salah will give had time and also since he is on penalties he has a very good chance of getting goals.

Jamie Vardy: The Foxes legend has 5 goals already tied with Salah and Antonio with all of them being the crucial part of the team. Vardy is also on penalties making equally good as the other captaincy choices for GW7.
