Everton and Aston Villa reportedly want to sign Harry Winks from Spurs.
Harry Winks was with Spurs since his boyhood but his career has come to a halt. Under Nuno Espírito Santo, he has only started twice and is struggling to earn playtime.
According to Caught Offside, Everton and Aston Villa will contend as both clubs are interested in him.

Tottenham is performing very inconsistently and their star players Kane and Son can’t help them.
As they face Everton and Leeds United, the fans and board expect them to win. At this rate, they will surely finish within the top 10.
Top 6 seems possible but qualifying for the top 4 is impossible.
Spurs have a decent squad but they cannot contend with the top 4 teams. Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea are better than Tottenham by miles.
