Chelsea falling behind to sign Argentine talent

Rumours are that Chelsea have made contact with the Argentine midfielder. The 16 year old midfielder currently plays for River Plate. Along with Chelsea many big clubs have shown interest in Franco Mastantuono. Real Madrid, Barcelona, PSG and Manchester City are also keen and looking for Mastantuono.

Franco Mastantuono is an offensive midfielder who likes to move all around the pitch. Often looking for space Mastantuono is considered as a typical playmaker. Mastantuono plays on right side of the pitch. He has quick feet for dribbling and can also cut inside from right side to take ball on his left foot from where he can cause threat to the opposition. Due to this he has been gained a name is next Phil Foden. Mastantuono is also good at striking ball from the long distance making him a perfect midfielder. He scored his first ever professional goal in february making him the youngest goalscorer in River Plate’s history. Mastantuono holds both Argentine and Italian passport making his way to europe easy in some sort.

Real Madrid is the club who is always looking for young talents. They are rumoured to lead the race for the Argentine. According to Transfermarkt, Madrid have already made contact with River Plate to discuss about Mastantuono. It is also reported that Franco Mastantuono has preferred a move to the spanish gaints.

Chelsea are reported to looking for Franco Mastantuono in the recent days. The 16 year old midfielder can fit well into the system created by blues. We have seen many talents coming to recognition from the Chelsea academy. The plan of Chelsea is to sign the 16 year old midfielder ans train him to become a regular starter at Stamford bridge. Chelsea have been reported to try to sell most of their current players and improve their squad. They could go out for Franco Mastantuono as well but the decesion will be based on what the player thinks.
