How can Tottenham Hotspur line up in their next match?

About Football Express UK

Tottenham Hotspur manager Nuno Espírito Santo can make changes following the next game against West Ham. The manager saw his team suffer a 1-0 defeat in the Europa Conference league. As a result, he will have to make new and effective decisions. Tanguy Ndombele will start ahead of Dele Alli considering his current form.

Lucas Moura along with Steven Bergwin on the right flank is an option.

The defensive duo of Cristian Romero and Eric Dier will start.

Harry Kane has been off to a poor start this season. The Son – Kane duo was one of the best-attacking duos last season. Son Heung Ming continues to provide for Tottenham Hotspur despite Kane’s bad performances.

Are Tottenham Hotspur capable of top 4?

The Lilywhites have not made it to the top 4 since 20120/21. In 2019/20 under Pochettino, Tottenham Hotspur made it to the final of the Champions League. In the following season,2020/21 winners Bayern Munich thrashed them in the group stage.

As of now, a new era has begun in the Premier League. The old top 4 used to be Manchester United, Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal. Ever since Arsenal took a downfall, Manchester City has taken their place.

The Cityzens have made it to the top 4 consecutively for 10 years. Liverpool and Manchester United faced slumps and were demoted from their usual spot in the top 4.

Manchester United, City, Liverpool and Chelsea are the current giants of the Premier League. Tottenham Hotspur will find it more difficult to make it into the top 6 let alone top 4. Tottenham Hotspur has improved quality in comparison to other clubs but that is not the sole cause. The quality of the aforementioned clubs has increased massively. A new era of premier league dominance has begun in Europe following the transition era of Barcelona and Real Madrid.

Tottenham will not make it to the top 4 unless any of the current clubs suffer a massive downfall.
